Scott Osmun grew up in Kalamazoo, MI but also lived in Brussels, Belgium for three years. He attended William & Mary and majored in Biology. Scott returned home after his first semester when he was diagnosed with cancer. After finishing his treatments in Michigan, he returned for his sophomore year and was able to graduate on time with his class. During his time at William & Mary, Scott served as a student representative on the library board. After graduation, he was accepted to Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. In 2003, Scott moved to Washington, DC for his Ob/Gyn residency. He has recently started a new Ob/Gyn practice called Bloom Ob/Gyn and has spent the past few years building the practice.
