The Administrative Conference Room, located on the third floor of the library in the Administrative Suite, is for the use of library staff for small meetings. The room is reserved every Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for use by the Dean’s Cabinet or subcommittees of the Cabinet. The room is not open for reservations for outside groups, unless permission from the Administrative staff is given. Swem staff members may book the room through LibCal. AV equipment: There is a laptop, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a large screen monitor for use.
Several whiteboards are available.
Food and beverages can be brought in for meetings but must be removed immediately after the meeting is over. The room should be returned to the state in which it was found.
