John H. Garrett

John Henry "Jack" Garrett graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1940. He was the senior class president, FHC Society president, an aide to President John Stewart Bryan, and photographer for the Flat Hat student newspaper and Colonial Echo yearbook. He enlisted in the Navy during World War II and made it his career for 30 years. He is a former president of the William and Mary Alumni Association (1980-1982) and recipient of the Alumni Medallion (1984).
