Room & Space Reservations

COVID-19 Update

While many of our rooms are available this fall, they are open at reduced capacities. Other spaces like the screening rooms are not available due to the inability to provide physical distancing. Below are some changes to be aware of:

  • Group study rooms have a max occupancy of two people per room.
  • Take note of new user capacities in the Swem MakerSpace, the Reeder Media Center, and the Recording Studios. Signs are posted outside these rooms with the number of people allowed in at a time.
  • Our classrooms and other spaces may be used for teaching - please contact us for more information and to reserve them.
  • Don't forget to wear your mask while in any of our rooms and spaces!

Want to meet your classmates for a group study session? Need a sound-proof room for editing a movie?
