Swem staff members shine

Our Swem Library staff members are making waves! Below are some of their recent accomplishments and recognitions.

Alan Zoellner, Swem’s research and government information librarian, was recently named a top blogger by the American Library Association. In its publication Documents to the People, ALA notes that Zoellner has posted over 10,000 entries in his government documents blog!

University Archivist Amy Schindler has been elected chair of the Society of American Archivists (SAA) nominating committee! Schindler was featured in the May/June 2013 edition of Archival Outlook. The nominating committee is responsible for identifying new leaders within SAA who embody the diversity of the archives profession and can contribute to the future of the profession.

In June Swem Library held a staff appreciation breakfast to recognize our employees who have reached milestones this year. They are:
