Many people come to the library to find a quiet place to read and study. Please respect others’ need for quiet and observe these guidelines for cell phone use in the library.
Courtesy Guidelines:
- Set cell phones to vibrate or other silent mode
- If you need to make or receive a call, please move to a cell phone zone
- Keep your voice low
- Persons talking on cell phones in study areas of the library are requested to move to a cell phone zone
Cell Phone Zones:
- Outside the building
- 1st floor: all areas, excluding Special Collections.
- Stairwells
