Students will now be able to get tutoring help seven days a week in the area just outside the Writing Resources Center on the first floor of Swem. Sponsored by the Office of the Dean of Students in collaboration with Swem Library and the Writing Resources Center, the Tribe TutorZone is a place to work one-on-one with a tutor in a specific course. Friendly and faculty recommended, Zone tutors are fellow students who currently advise in twenty subject fields, including biology, Chinese, economics, chemistry, philosophy, math, and psychology.
The cost is $10.00 for a 55-minute session and will be charged to a student’s account. To make an appointment, go to www.wm.edu/tutors and follow the directions to set up a time to meet.
