2-Sentence Horror Story Contest

Submit your story by October 23

It was a dark and stormy night... when William & Mary Libraries decided to host a 2-Sentence Horror Story contest for all W&M students, faculty, and staff.  Submit your story online by Wednesday, October 23, 2024. Horror story submissions may be about any terrifying topic or gruesome subject, but must be original and two sentences (400 characters or less) in length.

Lafayette’s William & Mary honorary degree arrives on loan from France

The honorary degree that William & Mary awarded Revolutionary War General Marquis de Lafayette in 1824 is returning from France for the first time in 200 years. The original document will be on display in Swem Library’s Special Collections Research Center until November 15, along with other rare items related to Lafayette.
