W&M Libraries Undergraduate Research Awards

W&M Libraries is accepting submissions for the 2023 Undergraduate Research Awards. Prizes will be given to the students whose papers best illustrate exemplary use of W&M Libraries tools and resources, and the development of information-gathering skills. Submit by January 25. 

“What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up"

Jen Fowler, NASA Langley UAS Pilot & Range Safety Officer

Join the Makerspaces at W&M and W&M Libraries for a presentation “What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up?” with Jen Folwer, NASA Range Safety Officer and UAS pilot, on Dec. 1 at 2 pm in the Ford Classroom. She will discuss how we can individually define what it means to “Grow up,” how the concept applies to federal agencies as well as individual people.

This fall William & Mary Libraries and the Muscarelle Museum of Art collaborated on its first Art of the Book workshop. This intensive two-day workshop explored the history of the book and culminated in the creation of an original collective handmade book.
